Economy seats in Upper Deck on Virgin Atlantic

Will be flying VA Boeing 747-400 (Seating configuration LGW-1) in June and for our return flight managed to book Economy seats on the Upper deck, last row before the staircase (79A-C). Will be flying with a 4 yrd old child -
- does anyone know if there are any restrictions of flying with children there?
- do those seats - last raw before the staircase - recline as everywhere else in Economy class?

I have always sat on the lower deck, so I am quite looking forward to seating upstairs, but any info would be much appreciated.

There are no restrictions on children upstairs, and all seats fully recline.

Enjoy!
