V-Flyer

I've got a flight booked to Havana in October and everyday this week I've received the same email about enjoying more miles in Cuba. I wouldn't mind if the content was different but it isn't!

Ditto - I'm getting repeat ones about more miles in Barbados (I'm booked for next February).

I got an email yesterday thanking me for my little red flight from LHR to EDI last week and asking how much I enjoyed it, but strangely enough customer services can't find any record of it to post the miles /points ii) ii) ii)
