I have a prem econ code 'H' will i get the chance to pay to upgrade at all?

PLEASE NOTE: Qualifying fare classes for upgrades from Premium Economy to Upper Class are only available for Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy fares booked in S and W class. Bookings made in H class do not qualify for upgrades.

That's a factor if you're looking to upgrade using miles. With cold hard cash, you can upgrade pretty much any booking. Just don't expect the price to always be appealing!
