... with VS help line trying to change my reward flight back from Barbados. Some of the 'infomercials' might need changing. Just been told that I can get an on board massage if I fly UC.
The music is taking me back to my teenage years though...

On board massages in UC were stopped years ago... how bizarre. Perhaps that VS time machine is at play again

They might also have mentioned the freedom menu a couple of times...
Change fees for reward bookings have gone up though, by £1.07 ii)

Oh wow, wrong recording perhaps. Don't suppose you heard anything about ozwald boateng amenity kits, purple boarding passes or silver pens?
