Almost at the 90 day point, does anybody have advice for UCS selection for a couple on a Airbus A330-300(3 cabin)? There seems so many in the cabin.

Other than choose a different aircraft :o)

It's tricky because seats next to each other are separated by the divider - it isn't easy to talk. In fact I found it harder than the old seat. Alternatively, if you sit opposite each other, you are some way away from your companion, even despite the cramped cabin.

Downgrade to PE? :D

None off these seats are really compatible for two people travelling together I'm afraid but you are prob better off in different rows rather than one behind the other

Prefer next to each other rather than across the isle myself.. Always prefer the back of another chair rather than opposite other passengers. All down to personal choice as usual.

3K and 4K worked well for us on our flight back from JFK.

I wouldn't sit opposite as it is too far for conversation, the aisle is in frequent use by the crew to and from the front galley, one of you would have to be in the centre seat and there is none of the change in angle that happens in the nose of the 747 where when the further forward you go the more face to face you get.

I think I'd go for seats 1 and 2 at the bar. :D :D
After a couple of hours there, plus whatever you have in the CH and you won't feel like talking to your other half!
