Bad Day at the Office for Little Red

Doesn't look like Little Red is having the best of days today. 2 AC gone tech on the same route. Transferred pax from the earlier flight rebooked onto the later one and its gone tech too. Feel for the staff. They are handling it really well though.
Being put on the next BA. :-///
Better still get those TP's and miles :-))

Oh dear that's not good....I was delayed at Manchester last Thursday evening for three hours when Rosie Lee went tech.....Servisair handled the delay badly, no drinks or refreshments which should be offered after two hours according to VS.....well they have credited a few thousand miles to my account for the delay and how it was handled.

That was my second Little Red tech delay since the launch, the first after "Queen of the Cobbles" went tech in LHR during April. So early on, reputation based on reliability is king but the downside of having a limited fleet I guess.

These things happen for sure but hope things get moving quickly especially in time for my next Little Red flight tomorrow!! :0

VS should honour the miles and TPs....they will need to be manually added so just give them a call to process.

Hope you are not home too late.

They might take the money hit but VS will take the reputational risk.

To be perfectly honest how many people know that these VS flights are actually operated by Aer Lingus ?

So the return leg is not looking good either. I noticed the LHR-ABZ was cancelled again this morning, we have turned up at LHR only to find that at EDI on Tues when the outbound was cancelled we got rebooked for our return to Fri the 16th Aug!!!! And have just turned up to find the flight we should be on full (that's a first, prob all the relocated ABZ passengers) and are now on standby. This is not going well. Standby.... If u pardon the pun ;-)
