Just been looking at this site and their review of the PE seating on the refurb 747's. According to them seats 19 A/C may have limited recline, can anyone verify if this is correct. Thanks

I can 100% assure you that those seats do not have limited recline.
Every seat on VS a/c have full recline, and once again Seat Guru shows themselves to be pretty useless!

There is a wall, then there is door L2 before the Y cabin starts.

i sat there last week and there is slightly less of a recline. Not much but 50mm is 50mm, as they say
