VIRGIN FF ONLINE SURVEY
Posted: 30 May 2013, 12:09Just for information, I was sent a Virgin FF club online survey on the use of miles, offers, etc. Also how often they make contact and if its relevant.
They asked in the survey for uses of information, from Facebook, to Twitter, and also asked about V-flyer.
With honest responses, I responded that I had used this site more than any other source of information for my flight. With the exception of VAs own official website.
I also mentioned that I would suggest they have more ways to spend miles ie, maybe on duty free on the plane, or for airport transfers, pre flight hotels etc, and they should make that more easy, and say online.
They were interested with the comparison of other flying clubs and I used BA as my example.
