Thus, with reward availability, you can buy 87000 miles, with 15% bonus, to get 100,000 miles (100,005). Add fees and the base bought reward price =

87*15 + 571 (fees) = 1876 quid.

Yes its been on since the 31stMay, still expensive but the 15% extra helps if you need a few miles, and the more you buy the slightly cheaper it is.

Think miles booster is also back on with a bonus but the transaction fee is still there.Lin

Hmm... wonder what all these miles are going to do to UC redemption availability...

Exactly... my last G return to JFK and back took me weeks to find suitable travel dates... I guess it could get a little harder from now on!

based on m y past experience the bonus miles do not come out of your anual allowance so you can get the full 115k.
Not sure this time - I will try it and report back.

the fuel surcharge has been been reduced on Economy reward bookings

Hold that thought! You may have noticed that we've lowered the amount of Fuel Surcharge on these long haul Economy flights. This change won't just apply to this offer period, so keep up to date via our Reward Flights pages as more information follows

If you buy Miles Booster miles, they dont count towards the annual allowance either

Yes, although marginal, but it still forms a hefty revenue route for VS on otherwise unfilled seats...how many punters have decided to fly due to a deal with miles who wouldn't have otherwise..
