Is my experience different to others?

Over the past month I have had 4 or 5 phone calls to the Flying club line (AU).
Each call has been answered in about 10 to 15 minutes.
Right now I have been holding for 32 minutes

Is this really how Virgin treat their Gold members.

I suppose I should be pleased I am not in a lower tier, God knows how long they wait!


So frustrating, it is ridiculous customer service.

Huh, odd... sounds like my wait times pre-AU.

Not had waits longer than 5 mins for initial connection with the AU line.

I have a feeling they are the same call centre just different people with different systems. If there is a backlog with the other lines the switchboard might be pushing people onto premier service team, unfortunately leading to delays with others.

Hope ya get through soon, must be a busy day 8D
