Spa treatments for Clubhouse guests?

I am flying out of LHR to JFK in September in UC and will be guesting my brother into the Clubhouse who is flying Virgin economy on the same day. I know this probably entitled him to use most of the services in the Clubhouse but I am unsure about whether this includes a free treatment in the spa/salon. Don't want to embarrass him by suggesting he books one when we get there if he can't! Does anyone know?
