And very pleasant it is too - nice food and great views.
Ok it's no clubhouse but it's 1000% better than Servisair's sorry excuse for a lounge at Heathrow T1.

I was quite impressed on my first visit last week. Nice and relaxing with great views of the runway.

When I flew it was the ex-bmi lounge by the gate.

Yes it moved upstairs in May to the former FlyBe lounge.

I am in there "quite" regularly and highly recommend it. Great views as others have said over the runway. A big step up from the previous Escape lounge in T3.

Does anyone think virgin may invest in their own domestic lounges? I always really look forward to my little red flights and thought if VS operated their own lounge it would really differentiate them to BA. Servisair at EDI and LHR are fine I guess but as many know its no substitute for what virgin could do. Nonetheless I can't fault little red for a domestic service

Very unlikely I'd have thought - not least because there's no UC on Little Red so the only passengers who'd be entitled to use it are AUs or those connecting to/from an UC long-haul flight, of whom there simply wouldn't be enough to justify a dedicated lounge.
Of course the move to T2 at LHR would be a great opportunity to open a Little Red lounge and if VS charged other airlines to use it maybe it could be justified. But given that the fares for Little Red flights are virtually zero, there's no UC and VS are losing so much money I just can't see it sadly.
