Virgin/Delta

I've been reading up on this forum for a few weeks now and learnt a lot! I have never flown virgin before and was looking for some help please...
I am flying MAN to MCO the start of sept and have noticed that man airport now have a delta flight number and a virgin number both departing and arriving at the same time and both from T2.
Now i'm a hopeless traveler despite doing quite a bit, I am assuming that this will be the same plane??
I am on VS073 and was was wondering would this actually be a virgin plane or a delta one, or could it be either?
I know this seems like such a silly question only last time I flew Delta it was horrific so I will really need to prepare for this flight if there's a chance i will be on a delta. I'm not the best of flyers as it is lol.
