Lounge Club - Servisair LHR T1 vs Bidvest premier CPT

I have a free entry into a Lounge Club lounge, and plan to use it on an upcoming trip to Cape Town. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or experiences as to whether it would be better to use it in the Servisair lounge at LHR T1 outbound or on the return journey at Cape Town?

Forget the Servisair Lounge at T1.

It's an OK space, but it's a waste of a lounge pass. The pub is a better place to go!

I have used the BidVest domestic lounge at Cape Town and was very impressed. Think No.1 Traveller for the style/decor. The International one looks similar.

I've used the Bidvest international lounge at CPT recently. Small and can get v.busy before the UK-bound flights depart. Good showers and range of drinks, but poor selection of snacks and no hot food to speak of really, so you may want to eat elsewhere before entering.

Thanks for the thoughts. A bit of a brain freeze though, it will be the T3 lounge not T1 as I'll be on VS in PE. Does that make any difference?

Yes it does - the T3 Servisair lounge is even worse.

However, if it's for No.1 Traveller at T3 then that's worth a visit.

But still, given the choice, I would keep the lounge access for my journey home.
There are plenty of nice places in T3 to spend time without using up lounge access.
