Just had one of these emails and completed the onboard questionnaire outbound to EWR. Any one else had the email?

I've also had the same e-mail today, not filled it in yet though.

I've not had an email but completed an on board questionnaire recently. Unfortunately, the questionnaire didn't ask some questions it should have and didn't give space for comments.

Not many questions. How much can they gain from that survey? Hmmm

I've now had one of these emails. All multiple choice questions so they can pretty much control the info they get back, no space for actual valuable comments in case they get something they don't want to deal with. Very bad customer survey IMHO v(

Not quite as bad as the number of texts and emails I got through the course of a day recently regards a flight time change :0

Same here. I thought maybe I hadn't completed the survey fully. Glad to see I'm not the only one.
