I see Ceviche are going to be setting up in the loft in the LHR CH for a week from this Sunday. I'll be there next Sunday so i'll be lucky enough to see what they've got to offer

A restaurant that is not permanent. Often open for just a few weeks, The French Laundry did one in Harrods a while back. They can be for longer duration. Roganic in London open for two years was described as a Pop-up.

There was an earlier thread about this which suggested it would be open for lunch only, with the GG loft open as normal for the evening flights.

The loft isn't very big -- it will be quite 'boutique'...
