Been trying to log into my account keeps saying account is closed can't see why this has happened as we are due to fly VA in October and the account gets loaded every month with miles. Waiting for response from VA any ideas anyone

Mines working so not a general thing.

Others have reported similar problems when their account was under investigation by FC. A few days later it was returned to active.

Got a reply from Va no explanation but said account is now active again
