14 mins from plane to baggage hall from a fairly full flight. I'm impressed. The tsa officials were all really nice!

Immigration folk get a hard time on trip reports so thought I'd suggest there is hope out there

You mean the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) not the TSA - TSA do the searches at security in departures.
