Anyone else having problems with e-rewards?

Anyone else having any issues with the e-rewards website recently? (they are a Flying Club earn partner, along with several other FF programs)

I tried logging in the other week, but it wouldn't let me using my saved userID/password combination and on trying to do a password reset a couple of times, I've never received the password reset email?

Yes . But not with signing in or passwords.
Twice I have nearly completed surveys and then the next page won't load . I tried re starting and each time the same thing happens.
Very annoying as I have spent a good 15 mins filling in answers and then can't complete it for the points. :(!

my gripe at the moment is that you seem to have to answer more and more questions before they decide you don't meet the criteria

Same thing happened to me so I complained by email and they gave me the points.

Have been having a few problems - mainly logging in and being told I had already completed the survey when in fact I hadn't.

Same here, or get the mail and within seconds I get a message telling me it's closed as over-subscribed.

Still, free miles for very little effort so can't complain too much. Plus redeeming is a lot quicker than the 4-6 weeks listed.
