Good evening from the JFK clubhouse

Just realised that it's been nearly 6 months since I was last here, and it's actually taken me the best part of 8 months (i.e. this flight) to requalify for AU next year :0 Somewhat engineered though as I wanted to make sure of getting AG with BA so have been over to the dark side a bit more than usual this year.

Terminal 4 has finally returned to some sort of normality, with a single security area upstairs, and most of the building works completed. Slight annoyance that the business class line was longer than for everyone else, but that's really an occupational hazard on a Friday night.

Anyway, nicely relaxed now with margarita in hand and prawn noodles on order. Side order of jet-lag to follow... if only I could sleep on planes...

Can't sleep even in UC or BA F ? :-0
Anyway enjoy your side dish of jetlag and hope you have a great flight
I guess long queue in business class lane is kinda a given on a Friday night outbound from JFK

I have on occasion been known to get an hour or two of sleep on the 201 back from HK, but that is a special case, i.e. a very long and late flight, generally taken after several beverages in Wan Chai and an hour or two in the lovely CH there ):

I always only ever get a short nap when in UC and not a wink if in PE or Y.

Enjoy the NY CH RC. I haven't seem it in full swing yet
