I was just wondering, After all the problems relating to the switching off the transponders on the 911 flights, v( Has this now been changed so that anybody in the cockpit can no longer disable this safety devise now. ?| I would like to think that all aircraft can now be observed from take off to landing without interuption now.

I would respectfully say that a public forum is not the place to discuss something like this. Hopefully you would agree?
