Your bags do get labelled as Premium Economy and seem to come out quicker at Heathrow. In terms of US airports it has always taken me long enough to get through immigration that the bags are all waiting anyway.

At MCO there is a separate luggage carousel for PE & UC bags usually, but even if not then they should be first off.

As already mentioned, quite often if the immigration queue is long the bags have already come out and been stacked back the airport staff at the side of the carousel

Flew out PE 12 days ago to MCO bags were already waiting for us mainly because of immigration unless your really lucky and there is no flight in front of you. Got back this morning had a medical emergency on vs28 medical team waiting at stand.

i have been to MCO a number of times in PE lucky me, and everytime bags always come up first normally on a separate carousel it's normally UC and PE one the second carousel from the left and the one furthest left is EC, but yup bags are always up once got through the border. I think I have only had it once where I got through before my bag but that's because the flight got in early and the man flight nor the BA flight had arrived into MCO so it was a fantastic whizz straight through but still only waited about 2-5 minutes for bags.

The seat pitch in PE is 38" compared to 31-32" in economy.

I recently flew out PE and came back E the seats are wider at the sides and the front of the seat also although I thought the foot rest was a gimmick it does actually help you when trying to get comfortable and definitely missed it on the way back. I fly to MCO in PE so as to avoid the mass exodus and get to immigration first otherwise its a long wait
