Hi all,

More of a bit of a shameless plug more than anything, but theres a documentary airing on Channel 4 in the UK this evening at 9PM about fear of flying.

http://www.channel4.com/programmes/fear ... -on-camera

The production team have been in contact with me and footage I filmed on the VS003 to JFK last year will be used. Although not having any fear of flying at all, I'm curious as to how they will use my footage...

The video that will be used can be viewed here:

I will try to watch at weekend
I wouldn't say I had a fear of flying but definitely used to get nervous to the point of feeling sick when at the gate before boarding. So will be interested to see this
The YouTube link didn't work though:-( probably just me

I was hoping they might do a bit more coverage on how to get help for this, they had a guy talking about what happens in the brain when a person goes into panic but didn't really do any in-depth coverage of resources for sufferers. As a therapist myself who has successfully treated this phobia, I thought they might have.

Otherwise, it was an interesting documentary giving first hand insight into the difficulties of some pretty extreme cases.

I'm just catching up on this; nice to see Richard and Paul from the Virgin Flying without fear course. I did the course in 2007 and it was the best thing I ever did, it helped so much. Just have to get over my germophobia and emetaphobia now!
