Shops away- Selfridges.

High there!

I am currently weighing up the pros and cons of ordering an ipad through shops away. Both Apple and John Lewis are 4 miles per £, but Selfridges is a whopping 16 miles per £. That is, until the terms alert you that for "Tech" purchases, a "Lower" reward will be offered. Does anyone know what that lower reward actually is?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what Currys is on shops away, but they have a £30 cash back offer on iPad (well tablet actually) purchases, so that could be a good offer.

I bought a macbook through Shops Away and Apple and got all the relevant miles. This was a few years ago though.

JL are never knowingly undersold, so will match someone like Currys, just email their undersales or complete the online form. Plus they were doing 3 year warranty on iPads last week.

Thanks for all the replies. I was all ready to order from John Lewis. 4 miles per £ was equal to other electrical retailers, with the added security of a 3 year warranty. Then i saw selfridges were offering 4 times the mileage. However, i will need to get in touch with selfridges to try and ascertain what their actual policy is on their "Tech" products. If they do honour the full amount, then just under 9k miles for an ipad is pretty damn good.

Hi, I was looking at this too and contacted them, it is a lower amount 5 miles per £ for tech products I'm afraid.

I dont they are for online stores. Certainly they won't price match Amazon. Although they may price match an online price of a website with a high street presence.
