Manage My Booking Link Not Working UnableTo Check In On Line

I'm trying to look at seat availablity for my flight tomorrow ready to check in on line in just over 2 hours time. When I click on my future flight I'm getting the following message:-

We have been unable to process your request.
You can either return to the home page and try again or contact us.

Any suggestion of any other way around this problem and is anyone else unable to check their booking?

I have just tried Daffodil and the page just keeps refreshing and not doing anything else, so would presume its an IT problem at their end, sorry. linda

Just tried it - seems to be working OK now (10.30). Have a good trip.

Sometimes they just don't let you check in, I've had that.

Never really given the reason, it might to do with some sort of special security marking on the ticket...

Thanks everyone my link is now working. I'm flying PE and only 4 seats showing available. Looks like it might be a fullish flight!

Im due to fly EDI-JFK tomorrow and it got to stage 5 of check in then the same error came up. Called VAA and all systems are down apparently they can't do anything, estimated time to be back up they advise is 1-2 hours.

I've managed to check in on line after 4 attempts ( sequence 34! ) Its been a very frustrating day due to VA's IT system!

All working plus Passbook is now available for boarding pass. Click to send pass to mobile either text or email and it allows a link up from there :)
