Potential US Terminal Moves Post-Delta

I was mulling the dire state of T2 LAX earlier then a light bulb went off, with VS and DL getting ever closer, what's the possibility that rather than build a clubhouse at LAX VS will simply move to T5/6 where DL operates from?

That triggered a similar thought process at other US VS destinations:

- At JFK they're pretty much together
- At IAD DL doesn't really have a presence and the A gates and clubhouse works well for VS
- At SFO again DL doesn't have much of a presence and VS uses the international terminal
- At ORD VS could depart from the DL gates ...
- At BOS again VS uses the international terminal but could move to terminal A with DL
- At EWR DL doesn't do much so likely no change and there's the new VS clubhouse
- At MIA a move is possible and the DL SkyClub there looks way better than the hideous lounges normally used
- I don't know MCO :w

Where did I miss?

I should add, this is mere conjecture ...

At MCO they both use airside 4 so close enough again.
