We are booked premium from Orlando to Manchester next March. I have read all the 747s are refitted and on booking was told same. However in preparation for seat selection I called Virgin today to be told our craft will be the old style? Does anyone know the real facts?
Thanks

Hi and welcome.
All the 747's completed their refits last year. Not sure exactly what the agent means by the 'old style' all the fleet now have the same PE seats.

Thank you. I hate flying but love all things to do with aircraft but I just have to have everything in place before I fly.

I wonder if "old style" simply meant the 747 as opposed to the much newer A333.

Yeah I think they meant just a 747 flown on a refitted 747 earlier this year in pe on a LGW 747 which was amazing lower cabin on 747 back right hand side two seats were amazing you will love it
