Is it just me or has the ability to post on the VS Facebook timeline disappeared? The ability to post on a post is still there...

Actually, correction I can post but I cannot see posts from others other than responses to a VS post!

They appear to have changed it so that posts can only be made to comment on advertising threads that they themselves have created.

There is a link at the top of the page to the customer service page on their own website for 'official concerns'.

Poor show. Appears to just be a device to hide complaints v(

It was getting out of hand however and I think VS have done the right thing.

Nothing seems to have changed here for me. It looks like I can still comment on any of the Facebook VS posts.

In the defence of the many companies that are now making their FB pages read-only due to the amount of abuse they get. Facebook is rapidly becoming the haters medium. People seem to think it's OK to scream, shout, rant and rave and throw abuse at customer service and other people who post in threads via Facebook which is totally unacceptable.

I think what has been removed is the ability to see all the 'Recent Posts by Others' which as has been said is not necessarily a bad thing in light of a lot of the negative posts that had no founding

You can still see "Posts by Others" on a computer........
In the middle of the screen is a small box "Highlights" - if you click this it can be changed to "Posts by Others". You are now able to see all the recent complaints once again!
