I have booked a PE flight to Orlando departing on the 2 March 2014 Via Virgin Holidays.
I am trying to select my seat via the website and even thought my booking has been confirmed It will not me log on to select my seat.
Can you no longer select your seats?
Also
I will be flying on flight number VS15 returning on VS28 does anybody know what type of planes is being used on this route the configuration?
Thanks you

You should be able to request them 30 days before your flight, they are changing the system currently and from the 1st of April new rules apply

I thought it was T90 for PE customers - or is this because the flight was booked with Virgin Holidays not VS Direct..?

It will be a 747-400 in the standard LGW config.

Until the new system is fully rolled out, all cabins have the same restrictions on when they can select seats currently.

So its T30 not T90 now, well for the time being..?

It varies, depending on when your flight is, and also to some extent which route.
The full details are on the VS website, there is a link to the seating situation on the main page and that details everything.

I have a return PE flight booked. My outgoing I was able to choose seats but the return is subject to the 30 day rule as it falls in the change over period.

What a shame - I had my calendar set up for reminders and all sort's for T90 and its not T30... Have to say a little gutted, was looking forward to getting this done!
Never mind. I guess I shall have to wait, however it was always one of the joys of the pre flight buildup.
