V-Flyer

Checked yesterday for our flight on March 18th (LHR-SFO on VS19) and the seat map was suddenly available but it repeatedly failed to accept my seat selections for the 4 seats I wanted. !

Tried again now, at T-59 days and X hours and hey presto! - I've been able to select our seats - and IMHO, the best seats on the plane; 17 & 18 A&K - absolutely delighted, despite the bizarre way Virgin have handled the whole seat selection changes... ^)

I just hope they remain there and don't get changed on the day! We are flying on my (big!) birthday and counting down the days... Palm Springs, here we come!

I am so pleased I saw your post as I have just checked and been able to reserve our seats after being told by virgin it would be 30 days in advance! We have gone for the premium back seat of the bubble but not sure i have made the right choice?

I return on the 4th April and still can't select seats, boohoo

We have just upgraded to PE for the first time and were very excited.

Having read today we could book our seats, I went to select them. Talk about disappointed. Only one window seat available out of a total of just fifteen seats, thirteen centre row, to select from.

I have selected two seats by the window and another one two rows back for my partner.

I guess I will have to wait until online check-in to try to do better.

I am hoping to see the same for our flight on the 21st March

Yup--got mine for the outward leg 12 March.

I booked the outbound on the 13th March before Christmas, it's the inbound it won't let me select, any ideas why not

It has to be T-60 for inbound to show up, so outbound will appear first.

just seen this gone into my booking and have managed to book my seats at 57 days

I am soooooooooooo embarassed, I'm complaining and John had the countdown wrong, ooops.
