Hi
Could anyone tell me if there is a quicker way to get through mco after clearing immigration? Is it cumpolsary to put your bags on the conveyor to the main terminal? As this just seems to take up precious time as we make our way to the garage to pick-up our Alamo car.

ISTBC but if I recall correctly if you can manage your bags within your group just lumber up the escalator with them.

No, as long as you can comfortably get them up the escalator to the sky train, no need to use. Much better if you can avoid using. Again sing the benefits of wheeled duffels..

as has been said DONT recheck them...it can delay you a long while

Never, ever check them again, unless you would really struggle to get them up the escalator and on the train to the main terminal, it's just a waste of time.

Flew upper last year and we managed to get four suitcases and two pieces of hand luggage up the escalator! I wasn't in a rush just didn't want to be parted from my luggage.

I just thought you had to put them on the conveyor so i will just now bypass it and head up the escalator.
Once you get off the train at the main terminal which is the quickest route to the garage?

When you arrive in the main terminal, go down the stairs to your left, straight across to lifts and then down to car hire level.

Exit lift turn left and walk till you find car hire desks and/or exit to garage.

Having always re-checked our bags through to main terminal just now want to get into the ASAP!

Is there a lift we could use to avoid the second baggage drop?. Surely there must be a way to transport people in wheelchairs. We are getting on a bit & have always played safe & put our luggage back on the second bag drop rather than risk the escalator & various bags & cases. We'd love to just get up to the next floor in a lift.
