Cost of extra miles for the limo service?

I've had a search for this and can't find an answer. I'm wondering about how much extra the Limo service charges if you need to go over 75 miles. Am looking at different options for getting to and from LHR and live up in manchester. Google maps has it at 190 miles door to door so would need an extra 115 miles each way.

Can anyone advise on what this might cost?

At US airports it's $3.50 a mile, so if it's similar in the UK you'd be looking at about £2-2.50. Almost certainly cheaper to source your own vehicle. Or have you checked Little Red times? If you're entitled to a CDC with your long haul ticket, you'd be able to use one to get to MAN for a connecting Little Red flight down to LHR.

Thanks gumshoe, might well be better booking separately. Are there any issues using DTCI with a non-VS limo?

Not at all. As long as you book your slot in advance, then call up at least 30 mins before you arrive with the car details (you MUST do this for security reasons).

Another option would be to take the train to somewhere within the 75 mile catchment - Milton Keynes, Watford or Euston for example - and get the CDC to meet you at the station and take you to the DTCI.
