A good narrative - I fear, however, that those at Crawley Towers are MILES off delivering anything like what is suggested in that piece. :(

Great sentiment but I think thst VS has gone beyond that point. It will be great if at first they stop the "enhancements" and start to innovate. However the priority now is to get back in the black

The sentiment in that article is pretty much the reverse of what seems to be happening -- death by a thousand cuts as the MBAs take over.

Also, BA the only direct flight to Australia. Really? Qantas?
