Anyone got any idea what the menu on US flights (namely VS27/28) in April/May will be in PE?
Hopefully there will be options without mushrooms

You'll have to wait until April/May to find out. Menus are not released in advance.

I'd be willing to put money on it been either chicken beef or pasta based, as that's all you get now in Premium.

Just testing if I can show photos.
This was last years offerings in Upper.
Next week I'm on VS027 in PE and will photo our dishes. (always do)

VS27 21/2/14 PE menu was much as ever:
Horrid pasta salad for starter followed by choice of
Beef, chicken, or mushroom risotto.
I had chicken, Mrs. D had beef I'm not sure whether they had mushrooms in or not. We both ate all of ours but there were a lot of plates returned with more than half the food still on them.
Desert was a sickly sweet cupcake.
Drinks was a choice of red or white wine which were pretty average. The onboard welcome glass of bubbly was Cordonui Cava, about the cheapest you can get. But I confess I had a second one so it couldn't have been that bad.
