Hi all

Just a short note to comment on the excellent service I received this afternoon from three members of UC bookings

I feared the worst with the complexities of the bookings I had but fears were totally unfounded

Professionalism, friendliness & timeliness was the name of the game

And the end product .... Gs to LAS in June - something I never thought I'd find

Well done FC y)

Ive also had very helpful members of staff whenever I've phoned the FC but I must say I've had to wait a lot more of late and have hung up a couple of times recently
