VS400 5th March
Posted: 06 Mar 2014, 05:01Just noticed on the VS app that the 400 is heading lhr-DOH anyone know why it is going straight into DOH instead of DXB?

Posted: 06 Mar 2014, 05:41Fog at DXB maybe? It's not uncommon for early morning arrivals to be diverted because Dubai can get very, very foggy.

Posted: 06 Mar 2014, 06:52I was on VS401 yesterday and the morning was very hazy and still. I wondered whether there was fog on the way. Guess this will have a knock-on effect on today's 401 - glad I came home yesterday!!

Posted: 06 Mar 2014, 10:05Yup. A mess at DXB this morning due to fog. AUH closed for a time with all their flights re-routed to DXB, DOH and MCT. Today's 401 departed 2hr 40mins late.
