Hi all

I'm aware that when departing LHR, VS allow GC holders to use the clubhouse. I'm taking a BA flight from EWR tomorrow evening and wondering if the same rule applies there. Any help appreciated.

No, you can only use the CH when flying on VS metal or with a partner airline.

Same applies in London as far as I know.

Ah ok, thanks Gumshoe! Perhaps when I was allowed it was on trial at LHR.

You are in luck with PP. They just opened one at Terminal B at EWR. Before that, there were none at Terminal B, since UA got dropped.

If you have gotten your PP from Amex Plat, then you would have gold Marco Polo, that would get you in the BA lounge.

Unfortunately I got my Amex Plat before the G Marco Polo was added to the package.

UPDATE. Got in, no problem, they totally preferred I use their lounge to BA's. VS closed early due to the earlier departure of the VS2 so popped to the BA lounge and not a patch on VS. Happy traveler.
