Is it possible to combine the two?

So if I am booking a hotel from Walt Disney World can I click through from topcashback and then use the tracking button on the miles finder toolbar so they both track?

No. The end site (Disney in this case) will only pay a referral fee to one place (either TopCashback or Virgin Miles Finder but not both).
