Virgin Heathrow Clubhouse question

Hi all
We are flying to LA on the VS23 in July in UC. I know it's been mentioned on a previous post about Delta passengers been allowed to use the clubhouse.
Has anyone noticed a huge difference in how busy it gets?
We are planning on getting there early as we fly down the day before (as I like to book for my hair done) we have been several times now and it has always been excellent service
Sure nothing can take the experience away but just wanted your thoughts and opinions
Thanks in advance
Sharon
When I mean early to the lounge -dragging the other half at 9am for a 3.45pm flight. Just love airports

I'm sitting in the CH now and despite most of the flights today looking incredibly busy, the CH is actually quite quiet at the moment and when they just called the DL3, there wasn't a noticeable exodus at all -- so let's hope not! However, this may be misleading as now is a much quieter time of day than (say) the morning.

When I have arrived very early for a flight, I tend to book a treatment, have a drink or two, then a meal, then pop out to duty free to break the time up. But, would be happy to sit & people watch all day

I was going to ask a very similar question...
I'm am catching VS003 in roughly 23 days - being the early flight will the CH be packed..?

What I did notice on Sunday was that the UC security lane now has 8 big tables halfway down the corridor leading to the scanners. This suggests that there are considerably longer lines there than used to be. Previously there were no tables.

Those appeared in the last week or so and I assumed they were there to help with the holiday rush -- there were some very busy days last weekend for instance.
They are a sensible addition regardless because there was little flat space to prepare for security previously.

I doubt it -- but it will probably fill up whilst you are there.

The appearance of the tables seems to have coincided with the moving of several DL flights to T3 for the VS codeshares.
