No - it's first come first served on the day, as in the Clubhouses.

I think the answer is No.

Given the variables involved - delayed planes, long queues at immigration etc. etc. I think the current system they employ i.e. allocating showers / treatments etc. at reception on arrival is the only system that could work properly.

It does seem that the new system works well, from both personal experience and that of friends/family, I have nit heard of any major issues with getting a treatment as required.
