A lovely warm welcome at reception. There seems to be a lot more staff than usual. Just had a very nice British breakfast washed down the a glass of champagne. Booked a facial for later so looking foward to that. Lounge still only half full at 08.15, so service is great.

Enjoy the wonderful LGW experience. y) we will miss this in a couple of weeks as we managed to grab a departure from GLA instead .... but it was a difficult decision ;)

There's nothing better than breakfast and champagne ( and of course knowing you will soon be a warmer place :D )

Still too many days to count till Feb 2015, but
Hilton then CH as well, so where to have breakfast?
In the Hilton or wait until CH?

In the CH....though I once had whisky in my porridge in the Caley in Edinburgh, Hilton breakfasts have yet to feature champagne as an accompaniment in the past 7 years of my regular experience of the brand, Also, why wait? You can be in the CH about the same time as they start serving breakfast in the Hilton.
