Anyone who knows what the full UC Menu is from UK to US, at present and what the Graze offerings are?

I cannot remember all options but flying out on Saturday I had Crab Timbale to start, followed by Roast Chicken Breast in Saffron Sauce, mash & brocolli. There was a beef option.

Graze included the mini burger and again sorry I cannot remember what else

A lot of recent TRs have given the UC menu, so I suggest you look at those.

Not sure if I'm 100% accurate here, but something along the lines off... Minestrone soup also on the starters;
Mains fillet of beef, chicken in saffron sauce, paneer kofta salad (I think!) or hot smoked trout salad. Desserts are croissant bread and butter pudding or chocolate and hazlenut(?) torte. Graze menu Vegetable tempura, baby back ribs or burger.
