I have never had such good service in any bar or restaurant!
The staff at both NY Clubhouses are a credit to VS.

Posted: 16 May 2014, 07:27The pre-order service does not seem to work! It took a while getting the website to accept the order and then it was not on board so need to call Retail Therapy and find out what happened.
Will see if BA can deliver the pre order on next weeks flight.....
