ITA Matrix only giving highest fare buckets?

I'm trying to source some prices for a multi-leg journey on ITA in UC (or business class equivalent), but every time I try and get the prices, I'm only getting J's back on VS. I'm trying to do LHR-HKG/HKG-LAX/LAX-LHR. Of course I'm having to look at other carriers for the HKG-LAX part of the journey, but just find it odd it's only throwing back the most expensive fares on the other legs. Does anyone have any experience with ITA? I know their system can seem a bit like black magic sometimes, but this is the first time I've had this issue.
