Virgin - UK Contact Centre

Just needed to move a PE reward booking to IAD from July 2014 to April 2015 and wanted to call out how fantastic the service at the contact centre was.

Really great service - conf availability quickly and expl the marginal cost diff (taxes) and change fee = Job done.

I was not previously aware you could move a reward booking so easily - that feature and the great service over the phone is something I wanted to share! so here it is!!

You should post on their Facebook page, and reference who helped you by name. It will make their day, and help their career :-)

Must admit I'm not into facebook and understood it was bad form to name them in a forum post.

Sounds to me like they just did their job. Nothing exceptional there. We seem so used to poor service now that when someone does their job properly, it's like they've gone out of their way to help.

BA let you change reward flights online. It's about time Virgin sorted their web site out.

Agreed but VS website is renowned for being rubbish....don't worry they are into their 2nd year of upgrading it :? :?
