Transfering Hyatt points

Hello,

I am new to Virgin Flying Club. When I look at the partners list it says that 5,000 Hyatt points can be transferred to 3,000 Flying Club miles, but I can't find anywhere to actually perform the transaction. I had hoped to transfer Amex points but apparently that isn't an option in Canada :(. I have a flight coming up from LHR-IAD in W and while there is no G availability yet I would like to have a chance at an upgrade if space opens up. Even though I have access to the No. 1 lounge, I would love to try the Clubhouse and UC!

Thanks

I transferred some Hyatt points to Virgin miles last year. In your Gold Passport online account there is a link in the 'earning options' to convert points to miles.

Thanks AlecK for the quick reply!

I went to my Hyatt account and it was right on the front page. Hopefully it takes less than the 4-6 weeks, but now I know how to use it.

I assume that it will be similar to transfer from SPG (which gives me an indirect route from Amex) if I decide to do that.

Thanks

You're welcome, and yes, it is a very similar process to transfer from SPG. There is a link again in your online SPG account.
