Don't get excited folks, it is only a key ring with a little Virgin plane attached and no, I don't need a new key ring.

Significance is that it's a thank you for feedback.

We had such a good crew on our recent LHR/JFK flight that I wanted to say so but as we were in the States and snail mail from there can take weeks, I emailed Dunstable, wondering the while whether it would drop into a black hole somewhere.

But lo and behold, I got a little jiffy bag with said key ring in a little velvet bag (aaaah) with card attached in Virgin red saying "Thank you for your kind words"
So emails to Dunstable do get through.

Glad you had a good flight, enough to let them know, nice of them to acknowledge that.

I've had the same a few weeks ago ! Nice and completely unexpected gesture

Cue everyone now writing in for a keyring.....

Yes, it's their customer service place and also some Flying Club stuff comes from there. I've had loads of stuff with a Dunstable postmark and I've also had stuff come from, I think, Amsterdam - well somewhere in Europe anyway.
