V-Flyer

Just noticed, my recent VX flight earnings have been posted to my FC account already, though they are incorrect for some reason.

I booked and paid for First Class return, but have only ended up with:

19 Jul 2014 Virgin America, SFO-LAS Main Cabin 207 1
21 Jul 2014 Virgin America, LAS-SFO Main Cabin Select 414 1

No idea how FC managed that. Has this happened to any one else?

I've raised this with VS via Twitter so shall see what happens

I'd try filing a missing miles claim online. Have you kept your boarding cards?

Yes, I've kept everything. VX seem one of the few airlines not using PassBook now, which I find odd

Yeah they don't seem to have an iPhone app either. Does seem oddly not in-keeping with their otherwise 'cool' image!
