Gatwick Clubhouse

Hi,
Travelling to MCO on the 17th Sept for our 40th Wedding anniversary so we are treating ourselves to UC on the outbound leg. Requested seats 8A-9A, only six seats taken as of today. Ok with onboard expectations, thanks to loads of advice from fellow v-flyers, but have a few clubhouse questions so any advice would be appreciated.
Flight out at 13:00 so max 3 hours allowed in the clubhouse?
Treatments, are there any complementary ones plus the paid ones?
Boarding calls. On our only other UC flight we checked the monitor near the entrance for our flight times etc. I have seen reference to flights being called in the clubhouse. Did not hear any announcements last time, should wait until the second call to avoid the scrum that normally happens?
Is there any etiquette regarding what you can eat for breakfast. I only ask because last time my choice was quite small and I could have done with a bit more to keep me going until the meal on board (I'm diabetic so need to watch my sugar levels do not get too low)
As always, thanks in advance for any pearls of wisdom.
p.s. HL I will partake of a proper drink (not a latte) to uphold v-flyer traditions
