V-Flyer

I'm flying Premium Economy to Orlando at 11:15, so after clearing security I went straight to the Clubhouse to try my luck to get in. Other family members flew out in Upper Class on Friday and had some problems with a group on another flight. When I got to the Clubhouse the lady at the desk recognized my surname and because of the problems on Friday I was offered complementary access to the Clubhouse. The staff here are great and really friendly.

That just goes to show how good the staff there can be.

Well done on the CH, enjoy MCO & don't forget the TR!

Every time I have flown from Gatwick I have found all of the CH staff to be fantastic, without fail.
Willing to overlook this here and this there while still keeping to the rulebook when they have to.
I may get flack for saying this, but if the LHR CH staff were the same level as the LGW CH staff the place would be outstanding.
I understand the level of thruput is so much higher at LHR and most of the time they are great, however, you do get the odd time at LHR....
